National Engineering Services Pakistan (PVT.) Limited invites bids for the operation and maintenance of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system at NESPAK House in Lahore, Punjab. This is a service contract for the ongoing O&M of the building's climate control infrastructure, located at the NESPAK IEEEP Building, 17-C-1, Civic Centre, Faisal Town, Lahore. The bidding documents include detailed technical provisions, operation and maintenance proformas, and general conditions of contract governing the scope and duration of the engagement.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in HVAC operation and maintenance, along with the required technical qualifications and registrations as specified in Appendix B of the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are required to submit bid security as detailed in clause IB.15 of the bidding documents. All bids must be prepared in English and submitted in sealed, clearly marked envelopes by the stated deadline.
