For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Pak-EPA seeks outsourced support staff for four positions (office courier, security guard, gardener, and sweeper) at its Islamabad headquarters—a straightforward operational services contract typical for government facilities. The single-stage bidding process suggests moderate administrative complexity; successful bidders must demonstrate prior experience in similar support service provision and maintain valid business registration. The closing date is tight relative to document production, favouring vendors with existing SECP registration and established labour deployment networks.
Who can bid: Bidders typically require SECP or relevant authority registration for service provision, valid NTN and sales tax status, and evidence of prior experience in outsourced support services. The notice does not state specific restrictions; however, contractors must comply with the registration and qualification criteria detailed in the Bid Data Sheet and provide the mandatory bid securing declaration and integrity pact.
