Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex invites bids for the provision of cleaning and janitorial services under reference P66209 for the fiscal year 2026–27. The contract is for non-consultancy services to be executed at the Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex located on Egerton Road in Lahore City, Punjab. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
