Description / Scope of Work
Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex invites bids for the provision of cleaning and janitorial services under reference P66209 for the fiscal year 2026–27. The contract is for non-consultancy services to be executed at the Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex located on Egerton Road in Lahore City, Punjab. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as prescribed. All bids must comply with the terms and conditions, service specifications, and scope of work outlined in the detailed bidding document. Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before submission.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
