Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites prequalification applications from national suppliers for the Supply and Installation of Servers at PSO House or PSO Designated Location in Sindh province. This is an open framework agreement procurement under PPRA Rules 16 A for a period of three years, through which PSO will issue subsequent Call-off Contracts to prequalified bidders. The prequalification process establishes an approved list of suppliers eligible to participate in future bidding rounds for server supply and installation services. Only prequalified applicants will be invited to subsequent competitive tenders for actual supply orders. Interested vendors must register on the SAP Ariba Portal to access and download prequalification documents in English.
Eligible applicants must be active taxpayers with valid National Tax Number (NTN), General Sales Tax (GST) or Provincial Sales Tax (PST) certificates, and CNIC documentation for the owner or authorized representative. Prequalification documents are available through the SAP Ariba Portal at https://tenderpso.com.pk:8022/ from 22 July 2026 to 7 August 2026, 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM. Vendors without existing Ariba Network IDs are required to self-register on the platform. All submissions must comply with PPRA regulations and PSO procurement guidelines.
Prequalification application documents must be submitted electronically through SAP Ariba Portal by 7 August 2026 at 02:15 PM, with opening scheduled for 7 August 2026 at 03:00 PM onwards. Applicants should submit a duly signed and stamped request on official letterhead referencing Prequalification Documents Collection Request – No. PQ-A4904-IA, accompanied by scanned copies of NTN, GST/PST certificates, and CNIC of the authorized representative.
