Supply and Delivery of Portable Electronic Devices by Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (Ministry of Commerce) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of portable electronic devices under procurement reference P52712 for financial year 2026–27. The procurement is conducted on a national basis using the Single Stage–One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid documents containing detailed specifications, terms, conditions and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/52712. All interested vendors must register on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bidders are required to submit sealed e-bids through ePADS v2.0 on or before Friday, August 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM using ePADS v2.0. Manual bid submission shall not be entertained. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format.
