Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Museum, under the Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids from registered manufacturers and their authorized agents for the supply and installation of SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring. The scope of work covers 9,620 square feet of flooring with an estimated contract value of Rs. 4,800,000. This is a single-stage, single-envelope procurement conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement System by 4 August 2026 at 11:00 A.M., with technical and financial proposals to be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. at the procuring agency office located at 10 Shahra-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Lahore, Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers or their duly authorized agents. The financial proposal must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bidders are required to hold valid Registration Certificates for Income Tax (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration (STRN). Bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated price must be submitted in the form of a pay order or CDR in favour of the Deputy Director (Administration) and must reach the procuring agency office at least half an hour before the tender opening time. The bid validity period is 90 days from the submission deadline. Incomplete proposals will not be considered, and submission of fake documentation will result in disqualification and blacklisting from future Lahore Museum tenders, with referral to PPRA for action.

The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all proposals prior to acceptance under PPRA rules 2014, and issuance of work order is subject to budget approval.
