Description / Scope of Work
Nishtar Medical University and Hospital, Multan invites competitive bids for the procurement of medical and laboratory equipment on free-on-rail (F.O.R) basis through an ADP scheme titled Construction of Cancer Centre at Nishtar Hospital Multan for fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through eP Punjab portal under IPL No. 7235. This initiative supports the establishment of a dedicated cancer treatment facility within the hospital, representing a significant capital investment in oncology infrastructure for the Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be reputed firms, organizations, or manufacturers with demonstrated past experience and adequate technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. All bidders are required to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income and sales tax purposes with an active taxpayer profile. Bids shall be processed under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date). A bid security of 2 percent of the total estimated cost of quoted items must be submitted and paid through the online system by the tender submission deadline.

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically on eP Punjab by 04-08-2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
