District Council Kasur invites competitive bids under single-stage one-envelope e-procurement for six major works contracts totalling approximately Rs 215 million. The projects comprise providing and fixing MS boards for clean and green campaign (Rs 5.1 million), construction of drainage infrastructure at Kalu Khara Ram Thaman (Rs 43.65 million), construction of an indoor cricket arena at Steel Bagh (Rs 12.2 million), construction of a padel court at Steel Bagh (Rs 8.2 million), improvement of Sutlej Railway Park at Kanganpur in Chunian tehsil (Rs 65 million), and refurbishment of the Administrator Office of the District Council in Kasur (Rs 80.7 million). Works will be executed subject to availability of funds as per B&R Code rules 2.82. All projects are located in Kasur district, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. Earnest money equivalent to five percent of estimated cost must be submitted as a banker's cheque from any scheduled bank. Original earnest money CDR and PEC registration certificate must be produced in hard copy to District Council Kasur on or before the closing time; online bids without accompanying scanned copies of earnest money shall not be accepted. Bids equalling or falling five percent below estimated cost trigger additional performance security deposit requirements under Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017.
Bid documents must be prepared in PDF format and uploaded on EPADS platform on or before 4 August 2026 by 9:30 AM. Bidding documents are available on EPADS and the PPRA website. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in Jinnah Hall, Kasur. All bids must be duly signed and stamped by authorized representatives on contractor letterhead.
