Seven concurrent framework contracts totaling 20.5 million rupees for hospital supplies including medicines, surgical items, dialysis, laboratory services with equipment placement, and general stores. The procurement involves both consumables and equipment-as-a-service models (reagent rental basis). This represents a medium-scale recurring institutional procurement with short preparation time (closing 6 August 2026) and mandatory use of the EPADS e-procurement platform, requiring prior registration. Multi-package structure allows bidders to compete on specific supply categories.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on EPADS platform. Suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized dealers are eligible. Government enterprises must be autonomous and commercial. Bidders cannot have been prior consulting service providers to the hospital. Typically, suppliers require valid NTN, SECP registration, and relevant trade licenses for pharmaceutical or medical equipment supply.
