For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

WASA Khushab is procuring maintenance and supply work across seven contracts totalling over 154 million rupees on a framework basis through June 2027. Four contracts are repair and maintenance works (pumping machinery, water pipes, manhole covers, sewerage systems) ranging from 20–33 million rupees each; three are short-term supply contracts for equipment and safety gear worth 3–20 million rupees with 15-day to 2-month delivery. This is a recurring annual maintenance cycle with no price escalation permitted. Contracts are fully funded and site execution driven; partial award is possible. Tight deadline and strict documentation requirements favour established PEC-registered contractors with prior WASA experience.

Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category with specific codes valid for 2026-27, as mandated by Government of Punjab. NTN registration is required for the bid security account holder. Typically, construction and maintenance contractors for water and sewerage works require PEC Category C or D licensing depending on contract value and scope. No contractor with forged or fake documents will be considered.
