Solarization of 24 Nos Tube Wells by Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar

Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP), a government entity under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa administration, invites bids under single-stage two-envelope method for the solarization of 24 number tube wells in the jurisdiction of WSSP. The work is being procured through EPAD2 from government contractors using the Above/Below System methodology. Bids must be submitted through the EPAD2 portal (https://gk.epadsure.gov.pk/epad2s) with evaluation based on MRS applicable to the work titled "Solarization of 24 Nos Tube Wells in jurisdiction of WSSP" as per the issued terms and conditions. The project scope covers installation of solar systems on existing tube wells to improve water supply efficiency across Peshawar region.

Eligible bidders and contractors must possess valid PEC registration of category C-4 or above with relevant codes including CE-09, CE-10, EE-04 and EE-13 (Dollar equivalent CE-11(el), ME-05, ME(07)). Interested parties should register on the EPAD2 link and submit their technical and financial bids through the portal before the announced deadline. A bid security of PKR 3000 (non-refundable) must be deposited in WSSP A/C Bank of Khyber Phase-1 Chowk Hayatabad Peshawar (IBAN & PK49 KHBR 0081 0632 0815 2876) before the closing date and time. All bidders must be registered entities with KPRA and possess active NTN registration with FBR.

Bid documents are available on the EPAD2 portal for download. Technical bids of qualified bidders will be opened on the announced date, with financial bids of technically qualified candidates opened later at 11:30 am on the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13th August 2026 at 3:00 pm in the WSSP Conference Room. Bidders must submit original CDR (Bank Challan) and affiliated documents in separate sealed envelopes marked "CDR" before the closing date.
