Marketing and Distribution of UVAS FMD Vaccine – Expression of Interest

The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites expressions of interest for the marketing and distribution of UVAS FMD (Foot and Mouth Disease) vaccine manufactured by the university on a framework contract basis. This is a significant procurement opportunity for the distribution and commercialization of veterinary pharmaceutical products across Punjab province. The tender encompasses a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure with separate Technical and Financial Proposals submitted in sealed envelopes marked accordingly. Interested vendors must submit their expressions of interest complete with all required documentation to the office by 10-08-2026 at 11:00 a.m.

Eligible bidders must be registered entities compliant with Punjab Procurement rules 2014 (amended). All income tax and professional tax registrations must be current. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of Rs. 500,000 (refundable) in the form of a CDR (Certificate of Deposit Receipt) in favor of "Treasurer, UVAS, Lahore". The sealed quotations will be opened on 10-08-2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the Administration Block, 1st Floor, Treasurer Office Meeting Room No. 116 at the university premises in Lahore.

Bid documents and terms of reference are available on the University website and the PPRA portal. The response time shall be calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx). Bidders should note that UVAS is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred in bid preparation. If a public holiday falls on the tender opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
