Social Security Hospital (SSH), Sargodha invites bids through the E-Procurement System (E-PS) from registered Punjab Health Care (PHC) firms to conclude a Framework Contract on an item-wise basis for the provision of outsourced laboratory tests services during the financial year 2026–27. The procurement covers lab testing services required by the hospital located in Sargodha, Punjab, and shall be conducted through an open tender process with delivery on FOR basis at the consignee's end at SSH, Sargodha. Firms blacklisted by PPRA and PESSI/SSH Sargodha are ineligible to participate.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the E-Procurement System (E-PS) and PPRA as Punjab Health Care firms. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 02% of the total quoted bid amount in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order exclusively through the Bank of Punjab (BOP), with the original document submitted to the Medical Superintendent, SSH, Sargodha on or before the tender closing date and time. Failure to submit original bid security within the prescribed timeframe shall render the bid liable to rejection.
