Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the procurement of 04 Armored Personnel Carriers (APC) Right Hand Drive mounted on Toyota Land Cruiser chassis. This is a specialized defense procurement through the Navy's procurement office located at Bahria Gate in the Federal capital region. The tender is issued under PPRA Rules 2004 and Defence Purchase Procedure and Instructions (DPP&I-35 Revised 2024), establishing the framework for the supply of defence stores and services to Pakistan's naval operations.
Prospective bidders must be registered or willing to register with the Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP) and possess requisite technical and financial capability to qualify for contract award, which shall be made after security clearance. Bank Challan of Rs. 200 is required for DGDP-registered firms and Rs. 300 for all other firms payable to CMA(DP). Bidders are required to submit tenders in three sealed envelopes: Sealed Envelope 1 containing technical offer in duplicate with all required documentation; Sealed Envelope 2 containing earnest money; and Sealed Envelope 3 containing commercial offer with firm's commercial proposal, principal invoice where applicable, and duly filled DP-2 form. Technical offer shall be opened first half an hour after the scheduled opening date of 13 August 2026. Firms must clearly indicate compliance status using the format Comply (C), Partially Comply (PC), or Non-Comply (NC) against each technical specification.
