The Livestock & Dairy Development Department is inviting sealed tender bids for the supply of agricultural inputs to the Livestock Experiment Station in Jahangirabad, Khanewal District, Punjab. The procurement covers nitrophos fertilizer (220 bags of 50kg each at approximately 2.5 million), seed jawar desi (1440 kg), seed rhodes grass (120 kg), bromoxinal-MCPA weedicide (200 packs of 500ml each), and clodinafop-propargyl weedicide (200 packs of 160 grams each), with total estimated value of approximately 4.333 million. Firms are required to quote prices on free delivery basis to the consignee end, with the offer remaining valid until 30 June 2027 from the date of tender acceptance.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and possess valid sale licenses, manufacturer's or sole distributor certificates, GST registration, and income tax numbers. A bid security of 5 percent of the estimated price must be submitted as a call deposit in the name of the Farm Superintendent, Livestock Experiment Station, Jahangirabad. All technical and financial proposals must be properly filled and sealed in separate envelopes following the single-stage two-envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
