Description / Scope of Work
The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore invites sealed competitive bids for the construction of MSUD (likely a commercial or infrastructure facility) in Block-B of Phase-XI, Lahore, Punjab. This project is being procured as per DHA Schedule of Requirement and authority labour, with a total estimated cost of Rs 117 million. The scope encompasses a single development project with detailed plans and specifications available in the tender documents. The project is located in the prime residential area of DHA Phase-XI in Lahore, one of Punjab's major metropolitan cities.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for relevant disciplines and hold valid category licenses for construction and labour work. Bidders should have demonstrated experience in similar projects and must provide proof of financial stability. Pre-bid meeting will be held as scheduled, and all prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Bid security in the form of bank guarantee or deposit is required as per tender conditions.
