For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
TDCP seeks manufactured and installed mud house and goopa structures at multiple tourist destinations in Punjab — a heritage/rural tourism initiative. Scale is substantial (up to 100 units at Rs. 1 million each = potential Rs. 100 million framework contract), though actual quantities depend on budget release. Bidders must demonstrate prior government project experience and capability through original designs and renders. The tight submission deadline (6 August 2026) and pre-bid meeting requirement suggest formal procurement. This appears to be a recurring annual engagement allowing phased deployment across tourist sites, favouring firms with established rural/heritage construction credentials and existing government relationships.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered as active filers with Federal Board of Revenue (NTN and Sales Tax). The notice requires certification of non-blacklisting by TDCP and PPRA. Typically for such work, PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) category and provincial contractor registration may also be required, though not explicitly stated. Prior government project experience with performance certificates is mandatory.
