Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites pre-qualification applications from suitable and experienced parties for Domestic Production Services Category F. The pre-qualification is intended for domestic cricket events and other projects organised by PCB in Pakistan during the period August 2026 to July 2027, with validity of one year from approval. The scope encompasses broadcast and production services required to support PCB's domestic cricket calendar and special projects across Punjab and other regions where PCB conducts matches and events.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Applicants are required to submit Request for Proposal documents which can be obtained via email from the Senior Manager, Broadcast and Production. No specific financial bid security amount is stipulated for the pre-qualification stage. Bidders must demonstrate prior experience in broadcast and production services for cricket or similar sporting events. The application must be submitted in sealed envelope format in both hard copy and electronically via email with clear marking of the tender title.
Electronic applications prepared according to the Prequalification Document (PQD) instructions must be submitted through EPADS by 1:00 PM on 10th August 2026.
