The Pakistan Cricket Board invites sealed bids from experienced and professional entities registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on the Active Taxpayers list for the provision of sports machinery and equipment over a three-year period from 2026 to 2029. The Procurement Department of PCB, located at Gaddafi Stadium, Ferozpur Road, Lahore, Punjab, is seeking qualified suppliers to fulfill its sports equipment requirements under a multi-year framework agreement. Interested participants must obtain the Prequalification Document (PQD) containing detailed requirements, evaluation criteria, and terms and conditions by emailing the procurement department. The PQD will outline the scope, specifications, and all applicable conditions for participation in this procurement exercise.
Eligible participants must be well-reputed experienced entities with professional credentials, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes, and maintaining active taxpayer status. Bidders are required to be on the Active Taxpayers list at the time of proposal submission. All proposals must be prepared strictly in accordance with the instructions provided in the Prequalification Document and submitted in sealed envelopes.
Sealed proposals must be submitted by or before 11:00 AM on 10th August 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the PCB Procurement Department office in Lahore. Interested parties should direct enquiries and requests for the PQD to procurement@pcb.com.pk or contact the Procurement Department at 042-111-227-777. The PCB reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to annul the procurement process at any time prior to proposal acceptance in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, with notification available on the PCB website at www.pcb.com.pk.
