For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NSPP is procuring mixed consumables (stationery, sports items, toner, computer accessories) for FY2026-27 through e-procurement.
Scale appears medium—annual institutional supply contract with 7-day delivery requirement suggests recurring orders across multiple categories. Notable: item-wise competitive bidding favors suppliers with broad product range; tax compliance is non-negotiable and strictly verified; tight specimen submission window (2 days) may challenge new bidders.
Who can bid: Active NTN and Sales Tax registration required; must be FBR active taxpayer and non-blacklisted. Typically, sole proprietors need NTN+SRO, partnerships require SECP registration, companies must have valid corporate certifications. All tax documents must accompany bid. NSPP has final authority via GRC on disputes.
