Stationery, Consumables, Sports Items and Computer Accessories Procurement by NSPP

The National School of Public Policy, Pakistan Administrative Staff Collage, located in Lahore, Punjab, invites bids from suppliers for the purchase of stationery, miscellaneous consumables, sports items, photocopier machine toners, printer toners and computer accessories for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited through the E-PADS portal from suppliers duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments who are on the active tax payers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. The bidding document includes detailed procurement plans, specifications and terms and conditions that are available on the EPADS website.

Eligibility criteria require bidders to hold valid NTN certificates as active income tax payers, possess valid Sales Tax registration certificates, maintain non-blacklisted status with all government organisations, agree to supply items within seven days of purchase order issuance, and unconditionally accept all terms and conditions of the tender. Bidders must submit 2 percent bid security as earnest money through Call Deposit Receipt or Demand Draft in the name of Deputy Director (Admin), NSPP. All certificates relating to tax registration must be enclosed with the tender bid.

Bid documents are available on the EPADS website at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids should be prepared in accordance with bidding instructions, with rates quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes. Financial proposals must include the bidder's signature and company seal on every page, original bid security document, and specimen samples if required within two days. Successful bidders must deliver items to NSPP within seven days from purchase order issuance. All bids will be evaluated as item-wise advantageous bids. Bidders must comply strictly with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Any reservations or objections regarding this procurement should be referred to the GRC of NSPP.
