Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General of Sports, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites pre-qualification applications for outsourcing the management, operations and maintenance of sports facilities at Hayatabad Sports Complex and Peshawar Sports Complex. The scope of services encompasses operation, management, maintenance and allied services of hockey grounds, gymnasium, squash courts, tennis courts, swimming pool, badminton hall, basketball hall and volleyball court. Successful bidders must ensure all facilities are properly maintained, support players and clubs, facilitate the general public, and actively promote sports activities and events throughout the contract period. The facilities will be handed over on an as-is-where-is basis for an initial term of five years, with provision for extension for another five years subject to satisfactory performance. This is a significant sports infrastructure outsourcing opportunity in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province covering multiple sporting disciplines and facilities.
Eligibility criteria require interested firms to possess relevant experience in sports facility management, demonstrate financial capability, maintain valid registration with tax and regulatory authorities, and provide proof of non-blacklisting by any government or semi-government organization. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 04 August 2026 at 02:00 PM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General of Sports to clarify pre-qualification documents and address queries. Applications must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 10 August 2026 at 1:30 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 2:00 PM at the Directorate General of Sports, Peshawar Sports Complex, Stadium Road, Peshawar Cantt. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications under KPPRA Rules.
