Repair and Renovation of Religious and Historic Structures by ETPB Lahore

The Evacuee Trust Property Board, Lahore invites sealed bids under single-stage one-envelope procedure for repair, renovation and maintenance of eleven religious and historic structures across Punjab. The projects range from repair of churches, temples and mosques to construction of boundary walls and pavements at heritage sites. The contract value spans from Rs 233,775 to Rs 2,960,999 with bid security requirements between Rs 15,000 and Rs 100,000. Locations include Lahore, Karachi, Sialkot, Sanghar, Umerkot, Tharparkar and other districts. Eligible bidders must be duty licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C or above with valid ETB registration for the year 2025-26 and possess valid FBR or PEC license.

Bidders must submit bids with bid security in the form of cash deposit with the firm's name or bank guarantee from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan or insurance company rated AAA. Tender documents are available at PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and ETPB website. All bids must be accompanied by proper documentation of firm's registration, valid licenses, attorney authorization if applicable, and performance security details. Bids found seriously unbalanced in relation to detailed estimates may be rejected or referred to the Performance Security issuing bank.

Bid documents should be dropped in the tender box at the office of the undersigned on or before 12-08-2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
