Mini Football Pitch Foundation Construction by Daanish School Boys Hasilpur

Daanish School (Boys) Hasilpur invites sealed competitive bids from eligible engineering firms and contractors for the construction of a mini football pitch foundation base at the school campus located in Hasilpur, District Bahawalpur, Punjab. The project involves preparation of the foundation base with an estimated cost of PKR 4.742 million and a completion period of two months. Bids are invited through the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-Tendering System in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 and single stage single envelope (SSSE) bidding procedure.

Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category and codes, possess active NTN and STRN certificates, hold valid PRA certificates, and maintain active tax filer status. All firms and contractors must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website. Bid security of PKR 94,850 (2% of estimated cost) must be provided as a bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in favour of Security Account Daanish School (Boys) Hasilpur, valid for 30 days after the bid validity deadline.
