Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites electronic bids from original manufacturers and sole agents or importers of foreign principals for the supply of laboratory tests on reagent rental basis with placement of fully automated integrated chemistry analyzer and immunoassay analyzers for the financial year 2026-27 on framework contract basis, extendable for a further three years on yearly basis under the same terms and conditions. The contract covers routine special chemistry tests and immunoassay services on a reagent rental model with free delivery to the hospital's facility in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The procuring agency intends to fix prices and conclude the contract directly with the selected vendor through Punjab e-Procurement system.
Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers or sole agents and importers in Pakistan with valid authorization from foreign principals or documentary proof of valid manufacturing license, as applicable. Bidders are required to submit copies of registration certificates and Memorandum of Association or Partnership deeds registered with the Registrar of Companies in Pakistan, along with valid National Tax Number, General Sales Tax certificate, Income Tax certificate, and Professional Tax certificate. Bid security of one percent of the estimated price of quoted items, calculated from the demand list, must be submitted with the technical offer in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi.
