Purchase of Furniture for OGDLC Office by BUITEMS Quetta

Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS), Quetta invites sealed bids for the purchase of furniture for the OGDLC Office at Takatu Campus, BUITEMS. The procurement is open to reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms are available for Rs. 1,500 (non-refundable) from the Directorate of Procurement, BUITEMS, Airport Road, Quetta, in the form of a pay order or demand draft.

Bidders must submit sealed technical and financial proposals in two separate envelopes within one outer envelope as per the single stage two envelope procedure, along with 2% bid security of the total quoted price. Eligible firms must demonstrate current registration with relevant tax authorities and maintain active taxpayer status. All documentation must be complete and properly sealed to be considered for technical evaluation.

Sealed bids must be submitted by August 11, 2026, at 3:00 pm to the Directorate of Procurement, BUITEMS. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 3:30 pm in the Meeting Room of Jinnah Hall in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened subsequently.
