Spares and Components Supply by 304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt

304 Spares Depot Electrical Mechanical Engineers, Khanewal Cantt invites sealed tenders for the supply of various spares and components as detailed in Annexure A. The tender is issued under PPRA single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure and is open to firms registered with defence establishments or willing to complete registration within ten days of tender opening. The contract is valid for one year from 30 June 2027, with provisions for extension at the discretion of the depot. Detailed itemized lists are available from the Local Purchase Officer at the depot office during working hours, and firms are required to collect bid documents on blank CDs.

Eligible bidders must be security-cleared firms registered with the depot or other Defence Organizations, or complete registration prior to commercial opening. All quotations must include a firm stamp on each page, specify brand names with countries of origin, provide agency agreements for imported items, and submit separate technical and commercial offers in sealed envelopes. Bidders must furnish a bid security of 0.5 Million Rupees as a CDR in the name of the Commandant. The technical offer must include 100% applicability certificates, trader links to manufacturers, financial capability statements, bank statements for the preceding year, photocopies of NTN and CNIC, and proof of registration with relevant authorities. Commercial offers must indicate prices in figures along with essential literature.

Quotations must be deposited in the tender box at 304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt before 11:00 hours on 11 August 2026. Technical offers will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date without prices and forwarded for technical scrutiny. Commercial offers of only technically qualified firms will be opened on a date to be communicated separately. All rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes including GST, income tax, and duty tax.
