Vehicle Rental Services Framework Agreement – Center of Excellence CPEC

The Center of Excellence for China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CoE-CPEC), operating under the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics, invites sealed bids for a closed framework agreement to hire vehicle rental services on a countrywide basis across all of Pakistan. This is a one-year framework contract for the provision of transportation and vehicle services to support the operational needs of the CoE-CPEC. The procurement follows a single-stage, one-envelope bidding method and is open to reputed firms and contractors registered with the income tax and sales tax departments of Pakistan. The scope covers vehicle rental services required across Pakistan to facilitate the Centre's activities and official operations.
