Mobile Double Cabin Pickup Truck Rental with Repair Facilities by Naval Maintenance Group Gwadar

Naval Maintenance Group (Gwadar), Pakistan Navy invites sealed bids from eligible and financially sound transport contractors and firms for the hiring of one mobile double cabin pickup truck with repair facilities on a monthly rental basis for the financial year 2026-27. The vehicle shall be deployed for official duties within the Gwadar Area of Responsibility on a round-the-clock basis and must be inclusive of 900 liters of fuel per month. The tender is issued from the 3rd FP BN Compound, Gwadar Port Authority in Balochistan province.

Prospective bidders must be legally registered firms or individuals with a valid NTN and possess FBR registration for Income Tax and Sales Tax where applicable. Bidders must demonstrate at least two years of relevant experience in providing transport services to government, semi-government, or armed forces organizations. Submission of proof of vehicle ownership or legally authorized lease agreement is mandatory, along with an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government organization and a certificate of good performance from at least one previous client, preferably a government institution.

Bid documents are available from the Naval Maintenance Group office, and sealed bids must be submitted by the closing date. The vehicle must be a Toyota or Hilux double cabin model 2025 or latest, registered with updated documentation including vehicle registration book, road worthiness certificate, route permit, and comprehensive insurance. The vehicle must be equipped with mandatory items including fire extinguisher ball, first aid box, spare wheel, vehicle tool kit, and vehicle tracking device if required.
