For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

Peshawar Development Authority is tendering a modest sports complex construction phase in Hayatabad valued at PKR 8.55 million. This is a single-phase project, not recurring. The 13 August 2026 tender opening suggests a relatively short procurement window from publication. Key requirement: bidders must hold current PEC registration, active NTN and KPRA status—common hurdles for small to mid-tier construction firms. The 2% earnest money is standard. Market rate escalation clauses for unforeseen items indicate some scope flexibility typical of sports infrastructure projects.

Who can bid: Eligible bidders must be registered with i-Pak EPADS system, hold valid PEC category C-6 or above for construction, possess active NTN and KPRA certificates, and provide no-litigation affidavits. Firms must not be government blacklisted. Provincial enlistment or renewal is mandatory. Typically, sole proprietors must hold SECP registration; companies require CR and partnership deeds.
