Bedding and Linen Items Procurement by DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura

DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura, operating under the Health & Population Department of the Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids from eligible suppliers for a Framework Contract for the procurement of bedding and linen items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement shall be conducted on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, with bidders required to quote competitive rates inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bidders may witness the opening ceremony in person if desired. All quoted rates must be typed only; handwritten alterations or corrections will render bids ineligible. Samples of each quoted item must be physically submitted before the closing deadline as specified by the procuring agency, or the bid will be rejected outright. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
