This is a multi-category hospital procurement spanning medicines (largest lot at Rs. 4 million), lab reagents, general store, X-Ray materials, and parking auction across FY 2026-2027. Medicines are evaluated on highest discount rather than lowest price, requiring separate bids for national, multinational, and surgical items. Lab reagents and other supply lots use lowest evaluated bid methodology. The notices tight same-day submission and opening window (15 August) suggests this is a recurring annual tender. Bidders must hold government supply experience and relevant registrations; medicines suppliers face additional licensing requirements.
Who can bid: Bidders must be NTN and sales tax registered with one year documented government supply experience. For medicines (Lot 1), a valid drug sales license from competent authority is mandatory. Typically, bidders should also have adequate banking facilities and financial standing. All documents require attestation. Firms must not be blacklisted.
