Lady Willingdon Hospital, Lahore invites e-bids from eligible manufacturers, sole agents and importers of foreign principals for a framework contract for the procurement of laboratory items during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024, and shall be conducted through the e-Procurement System portal of PPRA Punjab. The bidding document is available in English language and can be downloaded from the PPRA Punjab e-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement system portal of PPRA Punjab with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments to participate. Bidders must submit 2% bid security of the estimated value of quoted items or lots through the e-Procurement System portal of PPRA Punjab. Only single-stage two-envelope financial and technical bidding documents procedure shall be applied. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. All tender terms and conditions given in the bidding documents shall be applicable, and failure to comply will result in rejection of bids. For limited purchase through quotation, only technical proposals are invited for prequalification. For local purchase tenders, bidders must have a valid drug sale license on Form 9 within 10 KM radius of Lady Willingdon Hospital, Lahore.
E-bids shall be submitted online on or before 10-08-2026 at 11:00 am on the e-Procurement System portal of PPRA Punjab (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders' representatives at Lady Willingdon Hospital, Lahore. Bid validity shall be 120 days from the date of opening of bids. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Lady Willingdon Hospital, Lahore before e-bid opening date during working hours. All taxes shall be applicable as per rules of the Government. For limited purchase and local purchase tenders, registration will be valid till 30 September 2027.
