University of Okara, located in Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids for the provision of hiring of transportation services for pick and drop facility for its students. The university serves more than 14,000 students across morning and evening classes along with approximately 600 staff members. Two separate packages are being procured under this tender: Package 001 with an estimated amount of Rs 262,000 and Package 002 with an estimated amount of Rs 623,400, both inclusive of all applicable taxes. The bidding will be conducted through a single stage one envelope procedure using the least cost method on the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System platform.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered on e-PADS and also registered with Provincial sales tax authorities (PRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). For Package 001, the bid security required is Rs 100,000, while for Package 002 the bid security is Rs 200,000. Original bid security must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bankers Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of the Treasurer, University of Okara, and must be received physically before the e-bid submission deadline.
Bidding documents are available for free download on e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and on the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online through the e-PADS website by 11:30 A.M. on August 12, 2026, with e-bid opening scheduled for the same date at 12:00 P.M. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their e-bids well before the closing deadline and not to wait until the last moment, as e-bid submission on the e-PADS portal remains entirely the responsibility of the bidder.
