Supply of Thuraya Satellite Handsets and Prepaid SIM Cards by PTCL

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites sealed bids from eligible firms with relevant experience for the supply of Thuraya Satellite Handsets and Prepaid SIM Cards. This procurement is managed by the Manager (Regional Procurement-II) North, based at the PTCL Zonal Office North in Islamabad. The tender reference is R-PROC.1-2026/1007. Bidders must obtain tender documents via email to marrium.awan@ptclgroup.com before 05 August 2026 and submit separate technical and commercial bids by 07 August 2026. Any clarification queries must be submitted on or before the bid submission date.

Eligible bidders must be registered vendors with PTCL to establish a continuous business relationship; unregistered firms are required to complete vendor registration using forms available on the PTCL website. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 02 percent of the quoted price in the form of a CDR or demand draft made payable to Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited. All quoted rates must be inclusive of all taxes except GST/SST. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process without liability or obligation to inform affected bidders of grounds for rejection.

Tender documents may be obtained before 05 August 2026 from the contact provided. Bids received after the 07 August 2026 deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
