NIAB is tendering hostel repair and renovation work valued at Rs. 4.798 million in Faisalabad. This is a single, non-recurring capital project rather than a framework or annual contract. The tight submission timeline (receipt by 1400 hrs on 06.08.2026 with immediate opening at 1430 hrs) requires bidders to have documents prepared well in advance. Standard bid security (2% CDR) applies. The single-envelope procedure streamlines evaluation but leaves no room for clarifications post-submission. Suitable for established contractors with recent hostel renovation or institutional building repair experience.
Who can bid: Bidders must possess active GST/NTN registration from the Federal Board of Revenue and maintain functional offices with telephone numbers. Typically, firms should demonstrate relevant experience in institutional building repair and renovation. No specific PEC category is mandated in the notice; however, construction work of this nature typically requires PEC registration in the appropriate category depending on contract value and scope.
