For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
State Life is seeking renovation of washroom facilities at its Lahore headquarters building. This is a straightforward construction/renovation contract of apparently small to medium scale, localized to a single facility. Bidders must demonstrate five years relevant experience and full tax compliance (PRA, FBR-ATL registration mandatory). The tight 18 August 2026 deadline suggests a pre-planned project; likely one-off work rather than a recurring contract.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue, and possess at least five years of relevant experience. PEC registration is typically required for construction firms undertaking such renovation work in Pakistan.
