NUMS seeks a mineral water supplier for doorstep delivery covering one year with renewal option, including provision of 80 water dispensers and 400 bottles as complimentary services. This is a moderate-scale recurring contract requiring demonstrated five-year track record in institutional water supply. The tight submission deadline of August 12, 2026 at 0930 hours and requirement for 2% bid security suggest a moderately sized commitment. Notable that selected firm bears maintenance and replacement obligations for all dispensers and damaged bottles—operational costs must be factored into pricing.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN and GST), hold company incorporation certificate, have minimum five years continuous experience supplying similar services to public or private institutions, maintain a bank account, and not be blacklisted by PSQCA or PCRWR. Sole proprietors, associations, JVs and companies are eligible if properly registered. Government enterprises may participate only if legally authorized.
