Supply of Drinking Water Services by Comsats University Islamabad

Comsats University, Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of drinking water supply services for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a goods procurement under the university's reserved fund allocation, to be executed at the Islamabad Campus located in Islamabad, Federal Territory. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding methodology using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines issued by the procurement authority.

Bidders must be eligible as determined by the bidding documents and must submit a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or a Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the tender documents.
