For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Comsats University seeks a drinking water supply services vendor for its Islamabad campus during FY 2026-27.
This appears to be an annual/recurring utility contract of medium scale serving a large institutional consumer. Single-stage e-bidding with least-cost selection suggests competitive pressure on pricing rather than technical differentiation. The 3-month closure window is tight for mobilisation planning if awarded immediately post-opening.
Who can bid: Registration on ePADS v2.0 is mandatory. Bid security required (form: Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration—amount not stated in summary). Typically, bidders must hold NTN, valid business registration (SECP or relevant authority), and proof of water supply operational capacity. No PEC category applicable (non-construction services).
