Description / Scope of Work
The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL), headquartered in Karachi, Sindh, invites proposals for consultancy services to revamp its corporate website. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement using quality and cost-based selection (QCBS) methodology under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
