Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital Depalpur (Okara), Punjab invites e-bids for framework contracts to supply medicines, surgical items and disposables for the financial year 2026-27. Two lots are being procured: Lot 01 for local purchase of medicine, surgical and disposables items with an estimated cost of Rs 6,000,000, and Lot 02 for the same items under the CM Initiative for Dialysis Patients with an estimated cost of Rs 8,000,000. The total framework value is Rs 14,000,000. Both contracts are for local supply within the Depalpur area and surrounding region in Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed companies, firms or authorized distributors registered with NTN and GST (where applicable). For medicines and surgical disposables, a valid CDSL Drug Sale License on Form-9 (Category-A) is mandatory. The CDSL should preferably be located within the tehsil or town and must not be outside the health facility district. Bidders must quote all three categories: multinational medicines, national medicines, and surgical disposables. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required, submitted as Bank Draft or CDR: Rs 120,000 for Lot 01 and Rs 160,000 for Lot 02.
Bidding documents are available from the office of the Medical Superintendent or Procurement Officer of THQ Hospital Depalpur during office hours or can be downloaded from the PPRA e-procurement portal at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx. Bids must be submitted online via ePADS only by 12:00 PM on 12th August 2026 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with separate envelopes for technical and financial proposals. The tender will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same date at the hospital office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
