Description / Scope of Work
Social Security Hospital (SSH), Jauharabad invites bids for a framework contract on an item-wise basis for procurement and supply of printing and stationery items during the financial year 2026–27. The estimated contract value is Rs. 25,000,000. The scope includes supply of good-quality printing and stationery materials to the hospital located in Block 06, Jauharabad, Punjab, on a FOR basis at the consignee's end. The contract will be executed through the E-Procurement System (E-PS) under an open tender process in compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents, distributors, or wholesale dealers registered with the E-Procurement System (E-PS) and PPRA. Firms blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI/SSH Jauharabad are excluded. Bidders must submit a bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the total quoted bid value through the Digital Banking Facility of the Punjab E-Procurement System, depositing funds via The Bank of Punjab (BOP) using the 1 Link channel. The bidding follows a Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the PPRA Rules 2014.
