Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited invites sealed bids from eligible and registered stationery suppliers for the procurement of stationery items as detailed in the Schedule of Requirements. The procurement is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) following the Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure prescribed under Rule 38(1). The stationery items are required for use across all departments of the Company in Punjab. The Bidding Document has been published on the website of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and on the Punjab e-Procurement System, from where it may be downloaded free of cost.
Eligible bidders must be firms or vendors registered with PPRA and legally authorized to trade in stationery items in Pakistan. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by any public sector organization and must meet the eligibility and technical criteria specified in Section 4 of the Bidding Document. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Thousand Only) in the prescribed form. Bids must remain valid for the period specified in the Bid Data Sheet from the date of bid opening, and all prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties and delivery charges up to the Procuring Agency's premises.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document at the address given in the Bid Data Sheet during office hours. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, and one hard copy of the complete bid, sealed and marked as specified, shall be submitted at the office address by 12 August 2026, 11:30 AM. The bid opening will take place on 12 August 2026, 12:00 PM. All bids and correspondence must be in English or Urdu.
