Pre-Qualification of Advertising Agencies for Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (Ministry of Commerce) invites pre-qualification applications from national advertising agencies for the provision of advertising services under reference P56453 for the financial year 2026-27. This is a single-stage, one-envelope pre-qualification process open to all eligible national applicants. Pre-qualified agencies will subsequently be invited to participate in the formal bidding process, and contract agreements will be signed with successful bidders following competitive procurement proceedings.
