Indigenous Supplies Tender by Pakistan Ordnance Factories

Pakistan Ordnance Factories invites sealed electronic quotations for the supply of indigenous materials and equipment under Tender Enquiry No. 0042/LP/CMC/56/P-E, dated 17 June 2026. The tender covers supplies to be procured on free on rail or free delivery basis to POF stores at Wah Cantt in Punjab. Quotations must be submitted electronically via www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk before 30 minutes prior to the opening time of 12:00 hours on 20 August 2026 at the Bid Centre adjacent to Rabita Hall, POF Wah Cantt. The tender utilises the Single Stage two envelope method for open competitive bidding as per PPRA Rule 36(b), with technical and commercial evaluation conducted strictly in accordance with PPRA rules and award to the most advantageous bidder.

Eligible bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500 by crossed postal order or pay order in favour of Director-Admin-POFs, Wah Cantt. Bid security is required as deposit at call receipt, pay order or banker cheque from scheduled banks in favour of GM-Sourcing Indirect Materials, POFs Wah Cantt, with rates set at 2 percent for registered indexed firms (capped at Rs. 0.5 million), 3 percent for registered un-indexed firms (capped at Rs. 0.75 million), and 5 percent for unregistered firms (capped at Rs. 1 million). Quotations must remain valid for at least 90 days from tender opening and include all applicable taxes and duties with separate itemization and registration references. Suppliers must furnish professional tax clearance certificates from Excise and Taxation departments and provide necessary information regarding hazardous effects on environment.

Technical specifications, delivery schedules and all tender documentation must conform exactly to requirements stated in the Tender Enquiry forms; non-conforming offers will be ignored. Supplies are subject to inspection and acceptance by competent inspection authority at supplier's cost, with rejected stores to be removed and replaced within specified timeframes. Successful bidders must provide a performance bond not exceeding 10 percent of contract value as Deposit At Call Receipt or unconditional bank guarantee in favour of CMA (POF) Wah Cantt.
