For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a one-off procurement for machine tap expendable items comprising 23 line items, with relatively tight 2-month delivery post-contract signature. The Rs 2000 bid fee and stringent eligibility documentation suggest moderate value. Notably, all bidders require prior HIT registration or pre-qualification, restricting the eligible supplier pool. The FOR basis (Free on Rail) indicates the buyer covers inbound logistics costs.
Who can bid: Firms must hold NTN certificates and possess HIT registration, pre-qualification or indexation letters. Attested Sales Tax registration, three years of audit reports, one year bank statements, and oath-commissioner-certified non-defaulter/non-blacklist declaration are required. Trade link with OEM mandatory for distributors/agents. Typically, such tenders require SECP registration where applicable.
