Furniture Procurement by Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar

The Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar invites sealed bids from well-established and reputed furniture manufacturers for the procurement of furniture. The tender is being processed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Tender documents containing detailed bidding procedures, terms and conditions, scope of work, and item specifications are available through the e-PADS portal. The procurement will be conducted in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR and KP Revenue Authority. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2 percent of the total bid value, submitted as a bank draft or call deposit in favour of the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar. The CDR or bank draft in hard form must be submitted to the office of the Procurement Officer on or before the deadline. Only bids successfully submitted through e-PADS will be accepted.

Bids should be submitted through e-PADS by August 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The physical earnest money documentation must reach the Procurement Officer's office by the same date and time. Bid opening will take place on August 17, 2026 at 11:30 AM through e-PADS in the Conference Room, Academic Block, Institute of Management Sciences, 1-A Sector E-5, Phase-VII, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
