Bacha Khan University Charsadda invites sealed bids for the purchase, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of laboratory equipment for the Department of Pharmacy. This tender is being floated under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA rules. Bidders must be well reputed manufacturers authorized dealers, firms, distributors or suppliers registered with the income tax and sales tax departments and included on the active tax payer list of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must ensure compliance with all eligibility requirements including active status on the FBR tax payer list. Bid security shall be two percent of the total bid value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer Bacha Khan University Charsadda. The original two percent CDR must be enclosed with the Financial Proposal, while an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming attachment of the original CDR shall be enclosed with the Technical Proposal. A scanned copy of the Bid Security shall also be uploaded on the KPPRA EPAD system.
