Municipal Committee Khanpur seeks annual supply quotations across six categories—decoration/tentage/machinery rentals, publicity materials, sports items, and general materials—totaling PKR 16 lakh for FY 2026-27. This is a recurring annual procurement suitable for trading firms with existing supplier relationships; the distributed budget across categories suggests opportunities for specialist vendors rather than single large contractors. One-year contract duration provides stable revenue but requires flexible inventory management across diverse product lines.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered trading firms/companies with PEC license, valid Income Tax registration, and Sales Tax registration. Bid security (CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order) is mandatory. No minimum turnover or experience specified; typically, firms demonstrating relevant category experience and financial stability are preferred.
