Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (Ministry of Commerce) is procuring consultancy services for the hiring of a Legal Advisor on a retainership basis under reference P49277. The engagement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) following a Single Stage-Two Envelope open competitive bidding procedure. The organization, headquartered in Karachi at PRC Towers on Lalazar M.T. Khan Road in Sindh province, seeks to engage a qualified legal professional to provide ongoing advisory services on a retainer basis.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement. All proposals are required to be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or a Bid Securing Declaration submitted on the prescribed format. The selection will be made using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and any applicable regulations and instructions issued by the Authority. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
