Procurement of SPD, Over Under Voltage Relay and Fire Protection Devices by NADRA

The Regional Head Office Nadra Islamabad (National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA)) invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Surge Protection Devices (SPD), over-under voltage relays, and fire protection devices for fiscal year 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement with reference number P74797, to be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The contract will be executed under funding reserved for the specified procurement period, with all eligible payments to be covered from the allocated fund.

Bidders must submit sealed bids accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must comply with eligibility criteria and evaluation standards outlined in the procurement documents.
